the basics...

I'm leaving for Thailand in less than a week (the night of the 18th, to be exact) and I'm pumped.

Here are the basic facts, a quick rundown...

• I'm teaching at Sanguan Ying School in Suphanburi, which is about 2 hours northwest of Bangkok.
• The town is about 55,000 people; the school is about 3,000 pupils.
• It's an all-girls school. (check it out below)

• I'm living close to the school in a small single apartment but in close proximity to my friend Nicki.
• I'm teaching english. (too obvious?)
• I have a 2 month "summer" break from Mid-March to Mid-May (and welcome visitors)
• No I can't speak Thai except for "not too spicy, I'm a foreigner", and yes I want to learn.
